About me

I am an energy worker and aromatherapist with a passion for all things restorative, renewing, nurturing and clearing.  My focuses include working with parents and care givers, neurodiverse adults and children and women’s health.

 I have always had an interest in complimentary therapies. After leaving a 10 year career in the Film Industry I moved into wellness, working in clinics and building up an greater knowledge of  many therapies and being in the privileged position to try all of them.

​​

I became fascinated with EFT several years ago during a seminar I attended.  Experiencing the results first hand helped me to clear a 40 year phobia and I was hooked.  Having the chance to train with Master Trainer Annie Penny in 2022 and again in 2023, I have spent the last year completing my studies and am over joyed to be able to offer EFT along side my other work.  I am a member of EFT International.

I am also a Level 3 aromatherapaist and crystal healer.  ​I have trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Seated Acupressure and DoTerra's signature treatment Aromatouch.  While I do not offer full body massages at present, I offer bespoke Aromatherapy, which can either be in the form of products tailor made to use at home or with application during a session, which includes a relaxing face and foot massage.

Each treatment is  to the individual and can be a combination of the different techniques I have learnt.

You can come for an individual session or embark on a deeper journey to work on multiple issues and look at your personal patterns.
